   TOUCH - TOUCH (ECLCD ) CD Released in the UK as THIS IS TOUCH on Deram, with a fancy centre opening cover and a big poster, Touch were one of the few genuinely progressive American bands to gain a major label release. I was convinced that I'd reviewed this before though, when it came out on the American Renaissance label circa or so.

   Touch is one of the definitive proto-prog album linking psychadelia with pure prog rock (along with Caravan's debut and Vanilla Fudge's Renaissance album) and was forgotten for many years. I encountered the first CD version in the mid's at the library, was sufficiently impressed by it to remember one day to buy it.4/5(16).
