  1. I was initially excited to have the 2nd disc of singles and b-sides, esp. Tempatation 7" which --as far as I know, was never released on CD. Much to my chagrin --the remastering is way too loud and compressed, and loses all the dynamics.

  2. Digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition of this album from the Manchester quartet, one of the most successful and consistent bands of the '80s and beyond. After the suicide of vocalist, Ian Curtis, the three surviving members of Joy Division regrouped under the band name New Order, adding Gillian Gilbert on keyboards/5(30).

  4. Dec 19,  · The Movement box set features the original album on vinyl LP with its original iconic sleeve designed by Peter Saville, the album on CD (in replica mini-LP sleeve) and a bonus CD of previously unreleased tracks. If we trust the listing on Amazon, the audio is the remaster. The last disc in this four-disc package is a DVD with live shows.

  9. Dec 20,  · Streaming is seen as a medium for new stuff (even though there’s ~50M songs on your service of choice), grossly overpriced vinyl for “old stuff.” I don’t know how I will feel when I see a copy of Never Mind the Bollocks on g vinyl in every mainstream record store priced at ~$30, but I suspect it will involve standoffs and hostages.
